We are Brian and Tina Smith. We founded Land Hunt in 2020 as a small family-run land investment firm. Simply put, we had a passion for finding great investment opportunities and we fell for the American dream of owning property. Those two thing happen to go hand-in-hand. Land is such a great investment. As we've heard time and time again, "they're not making more land," but they are making more people! As populations continue to rise around the world, land becomes more scarce - and more valuable. It is a much more stable asset than anything else really. The stock market rises and tumbles, houses crack and crumble, but land gets better with age!

As we started to make our own land investment choices, we realized there was an opportunity to help others. What is more American than owning a piece of land?! The answer is nothing! It is not easy to find properties at a great price. Believe us, we know! We pour hours in to reviewing properties each month. We reject more than we buy. We only want quality parcels at great prices. We check them out to make sure they fit our criteria, then we secure the best prices, sometimes through buying in bulk. We are able to pass savings on to you through owners financing and no realtors!

Our oldest son Carson has joined our team in a part-time role. He is young and passionate about growing his portfolio at a young age and already sees the value in land. He is 18. Actually, he bought a property on his 18th birthday, which was the catalyst into our land investing journey!
